if I had bought a 10$ tier in the past but not any more will I get it when the 10$ one comes out or when the itch.io one comes out?
The Patreon membership is a monthly thing. When you cancel your membership, it's no longer valid.
But on itch.io, your itch.io purcharse is still active and grants you access to episode 4 and 5 at the right date.

If you buy it on Patreon, you will be able to download episodes 1-4 right away here on itch.io. But the Patreon purchase won't include episode 5.
what does it mean “patch only “ on May 9?
