Episode 3 is 95% done

Hey Guys!

Episode 3 is almost done, with 1155 renders and 29 animations (+12 new animations made for Episode 2). I'll announce the exact release date soon.

Right now, this is what we have on our to-do list:

  • Enhance some scenes with music and sound effects.
  • Select the best screenshots
  • Finish rendering the animations.
  • Get feedback from testers.

In this episode, we had a breakthrough, where we increased the number of renders per week by 308% thanks to the addition of new people to our team.

And it's the first time you'll see sex animations in the game thanks to our new animation pipeline.

I have a lot of ideas to increase our productivity in episode 4 and I'm excited to see what we'll achieve next.

Thanks for being patient and trusting us.

Cheers,

Oppai-Man

This is one of the best, if not the best VN Ive played so far. Its funny, and also the renders are actually hot. like really. whatever you and your team are doing, you are doing it right. I cant wait to go back and replay this game when its all completed. Thank you!

I really enjoyed your work on this.

I'm fairly new to these kinds of games/stories. What kind of computer equipment do have to do these renders? I read about it a bit and was suprised at how much effort it takes to create these games.

Basically, a reasonably good CPU and an extremely powerful GPU card to create those renders, like a RTX3080 of 3090 .  You can make do or experiment with a lesser card, but not if you want to push out a long story. If you are really doing this for money, you invest in several computers or you connect to a render farm.

Still. I recently played a game that had 10 or 12 static locations. 5 characters with basic stances. But the dialogue made it all worth it.

I sort of guessed that. I'm not interested in doing it for money at all, but I'm interested in playing with the software and models a bit, 3D models in general. What do you happen to use for software, and why do you like it, if you don't mind the question. I happen to have a RTX 2070 Super, and it suits my non-heavy lifting needs.

I am really only playing around with this stuff, but from what I gathered, the software used is mostly DAZ3D to create the models and Renpy for the scripting. Some use Blender or port the models to Blender. I've installed DAZ3D and it is quite easy to put some models down and get them to take a pose and then render it. If you want to learn more about it, search on Youtube for IT Roy - he has several good videos on this (that I'm reviewing as well :-)

I've spent quite a few euros on the Daz3D shop already... it's addictive...

Thanks for the info.
